Programme Co-ordinator – Early Intervention to Prevent Child Abuse in Scotland (EIPSAS)

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person to co-ordinate the delivery of our direct services for people who are concerned about their sexual thinking and behaviour towards children or young people. The Programme Co-ordinator will process referrals; assess clients; deliver individual psychoeducational programmes; co-ordinate group programmes, supervise sessional group facilitators and be responsible for the design and refinement of programme content and delivery.

Applicants must be qualified in Social Work or Psychology to degree level or fully accredited in Psychotherapy, experienced in working with sex offenders, and be registered with relevant professional bodies.

The post is based in the Stop it Now! Scotland office in central Edinburgh and is initially for a one year period.

Salary is £33,440 p.a.  Closing date for applications is January 29th 2016.

Evaluations Co-ordinator (Funded Projects)

We are looking for a suitably qualified person to co-ordinate the evaluations of our two funded projects – Early Intervention to Prevent Sexual Abuse in Scotland (EIPSAS) and The Upstream Toolkit (Primary Prevention). The Evaluations Co-ordinator will develop relevant data sets and systems for gathering data and information; conduct face-to-face evaluations with individual service users from our EIPSAS Programmes and assess the achievement of personal outcomes; conduct user evaluations in our Upstream Primary Prevention Project including organising and leading focus groups; record data and information; build and maintain an evidence base of methods, approaches and models of CSA prevention; present findings and make reports to stakeholders.

Applicant must hold a degree in a subject which involved data collection and analysis and have experience in working with clients with complex needs. Current knowledge of child and public protection in Scotland is also essential.

The post is based in the Stop it Now! Scotland office in central Edinburgh and is initially for a one year period.
