Advice, Help and Support Angels Survive Extensive local helpline and advice section. Run for survivors by survivors. This is a site set up for people of all ages that have been affected by sexual abuse of any form.

DABS Books Directory And Book Services (DABS) is well known for its confidential mail-order service for people who've been abused, and those who live or work with them. Books and information for adults who were abused as children, for counsellors and workers, and for anyone affected by child abuse.
DABS Pathfinder Pathfinder is a pointing service that provides free support and information all over the UK and Ireland to anyone and any organisation regarding issues to do with childhood abuse, incest and rape.

League Against Sadistic Abuse Support group for parents whose children have been subjected to abuse of a bizarre, sadistic nature, often perpetrated by multiple abusers. Lucy Faithfull Foundation The Lucy Faithfull Foundation is a child protection agency which operates across the UK and specialises in safeguarding children from sexual abuse. Churches' Child Protection Advisory Service CCPAS provides child protection advice to churches/children's organisations on child protection, policy and safe practice issues. Provides resources and 24 hour helpline 01322 660 011

Churches Agency for Safeguarding The CAS is an ecumenical Umbrella Body initially set up by 10 denominations. For legal and employment reasons it currently operates through the Methodist Council. CAS is a collaboration between a number of church bodies or organisations acting between the CRB and the participating churches. It will handle applications and forward them to the CRB, receive Disclosures, interpret the information contained and give advice as appropriate.

The Home Office The Home Office is the Government department responsible for internal affairs in England and Wales. Sure Start is a cornerstone of the Government's drive to tackle child poverty and social exclusion. It is based on firm evidence of what works. They are concentrated in neighbourhoods where a high proportion of children are living in poverty and where Sure Start can help them to succeed by pioneering new ways of working to improve services.
