At Stop it Now! UK and Ireland we understand the struggle. We are ready to help you. We offer anonymous and confidential help and support. We also offer a confidential e-mail service, firstname.lastname@example.org, on which you can contact us. Your e-mail address will not be displayed. Due to high demand for this service, we are unfortunately unable to offer an immediate response to your enquiry. We aim to respond to all emails within 7 working days.

It hosts information and support for people troubled by their sexual thoughts about children and young people; help to cope with unwanted feelings and urges; and guidance about how to manage problematic behaviour. Help for those concerned about their use of the internet, their loved ones, and professionals working with these groups
Our Get Help website is an online self-help tool for those concerned about their online behaviour, or that of a loved one. It offers information and advice for users of illegal online sexual images, helping to cope with difficult emotions and to change problematic behaviours. The site also holds a section for professionals working with those who have problematic internet behaviour.
