Confidentiality Statement

The helpline is confidential and you don’t have to give us your full name or any other details that will identify you. But if you do, and then give us information that identifies a child who has been – or is at risk of being – abused, or any information which may suggest that any other person is at risk of harm, then we will pass that information on to the appropriate agencies. We will also pass on details of any criminal offence committed.

You can message the helpline using our secure messaging service by clicking here. Our messaging service is not able to offer an immediate response due to high demand. We aim to respond to messages within 5-7 working days. If your enquiry is urgent please call the confidential helpline.
