In the past Stop It Now! materials have been made available free of charge. However, with reductions in funding we are no longer in a position to be able to offer materials at no cost. Some small orders may be able to be sent without a charge, but large orders we will have to charge for to cover printing costs.
The postage of all orders will need to be paid by the receiver. Please do contact us for information on charges.

Many of the items below are free to download, and we want to continue to provide free information and research to help adults, parents and carers protect children from harm when we can. However, we have limited funds available to develop and print materials and we welcome support from individuals.

The Stop It Now! helpline’s main purpose is to help prevent child sexual abuse. This leaflet gives information about what our helpline offers and who it supports, including the public and professionals, and information on what you can expect if you call the helpline. It can be used anywhere from GP clinics to universities.

What we all need to know to protect our children
Child sexual abuse happens in secret and most victims tell no one. The abuser is usually a family friend, neighbour, a member of the child’s family or someone working with children: he or she may be someone we know and love. This leaflet aims to provide the information we all need to recognise the warning signs of abuse and to build the confidence to do something about it. This leaflet encourages people to question their own use of the new technologies and to seek advice.
