We are based in the west-end of Edinburgh and take calls from people in Scotland on 0131 556 3535 during office hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm), or you can leave us an answerphone message out of hours, or email us.
You can also get anonymous and confidential help and support through our UK helpline and secure messaging service.
We are guided by our confidentiality policy – you can tell us as much as you want and you don’t have to use your real name. We understand how difficult it is to make these calls and you will be treated with respect at all times.

Our prevention website Upstream offers advice about what to do if you are worried about the behaviour of someone close to you, and tips on how to talk to children about issues, such as online safety and what to do if something is worrying them.
