Find out moreWe are based in the west-end of Edinburgh and take calls from people in Scotland on 0131 556 3535 during office hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm), or you can leave us an answerphone message out of hours, or email us.
You can also get anonymous and confidential help and support through our UK helpline and secure messaging service.
We are guided by our confidentiality policy – you can tell us as little or as much as you want and you don’t have to use your real name when you contact us. We understand how difficult it is to make these calls and you will be treated with respect at all times.

Our prevention website Upstream offers down to earth real world advice about what to do if you are worried about the behaviour of someone close to you. It also gives helpful tips on how to talk to children about issues such as online safety and what to do if something is worrying them.
