Our groupwork programmes

We offer a number of group-work programmes. Whilst the idea of group-work can be quite daunting, we offer it in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. The programmes can help you move towards real change and understanding of behaviour.

Currently all group-work programmes are delivered in Edinburgh with participants coming from all over Scotland. We are planning to expand and deliver to other locations in the near future. To be considered for a group-work programme, please self-referral by getting in contact.
