We are based in the west-end of Edinburgh and take calls from people resident in Scotland on 0131 556 3535 during office hours (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm). We have a answerphone where you can leave a message out of hours for a call back during office hours. You can also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The National Stop It Now! helpline is available to everyone and can be reached by calling 0808 1000 900. This service is anonymous and confidential. You do not have to give your name or address to be able to access help on the phone.
We are guided by our confidentiality policy – you can tell us as little or as much as you want and you don’t have to use your real name when you contact us. We understand how difficult it is to make these calls and you will be treated with respect at all times.
Online help is available Get Help where individuals and family members can anonymously and confidentially access online modules to help stop problematic online behaviour and stay stopped.
Further online help is available for those troubles with sexual thoughts about children or young people here
